Just chiming in on this, maybe try this command? "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\UserAgent\EACmd.exe" --threatscan If not, see if this command shows you the option you're looking for: "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\UserAgent\EACmd.exe" /?
