Because my accounts new I can't edit the post but I just realised I spelled the virus wrong, it's OMACP.

Hi, my brother has a virus known as Omcap on his android phone and it's quite difficult to remove, Malwarebytes didn't detect it. I've been looking into ways to help, although the only surefire way I've found is to root the phone, which I'd rather save for a last resort. I saw one other topic on this but it was left incomplete, is there any advice someone can offer?
