If I recall correctly they are suspicious download, prompting before the file is downloaded. We've also tested with a hosted ConnectWise Control instance at [domain].screenconnect.com and don't receive the same block.

We are seeing false positives when downloading the ConnectWise Control exe in the default method from support.shoshana.com. Can this be adjusted? We don't see this anywhere else on the site, just when downloading the file:
