Close ADW Cleaner***

these are the files you have asked for, i can not run malwarebytes as it says "unable to connect to service" i have tried many things to fix this found on forums but i belive it the malware blocking it as i cant load your website and it seems to also clone ADW cleaner after 30-40 seconds of using it? i also wanted to add that it wont allow me to turn on windows defender as its apparently managed by my company? this is a personal pc...

Basically i know im infected i *****ed up and obviously downloaded something without realising, i have gone into safemode and manually removed everything i could find in files ect, its obvious i havent cleaned everything as it wont allow me to access malware bytes website and few other things, i have tried downloading malwarebytes on an alternate pc and putting it on a thumb drive but when run in safe mode it says unable to connect to service, where do i go from here? the only apparent service i can see is "dinosecurity" which i have removed but is still under services after deleting the folder, how do i go about running malware bytes ? ive tried many subforums on here but none seem to work Thanks Zeretal
