Hi, like TheatreTickets mentioned a big chunk of domains are still flagged unfortunately. Are you able to remove TicketFaster.com and all the domains listed in https://dnslytics.com/reverse-ip/52.23.108.132 as threats/fraud please?

Hi, Yes we host multiple domains. Our business model involves a substantial network of white labeled websites that we host while they (clients) do the marketing for and get paid. If any specific domain or domains are triggering the block, please let us know and we can investigate and turn them off if necessary. If you are able to whitelist a subset of the domains that account for majority of our traffic and transactions, that will work for us too. Thank you

We are in a very high consumer fraud business. I cannot reveal on a public forum but if you need some proof of our volume, please let me know and I can send you data (or whatever requested) to show that the complaints are a small subset.

Hi, we get millions of customers to our website daily and process millions of transactions yearly. The nature of our business results in lot of complaints. Event tickets are final sale and non refundable or changeable. This makes customers complain about the company when they want to cancel or change their tickets. These are majority of the complaints. You will see similar ratings for our competitors like stubhub.com or other industries like airlines where tickets are not refundable. e.g. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.stubhub.com https://www.resellerratings.com/store/StubHub https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/search/?q=stubhub&restrict_sr=1&sr_nsfw= Stubhub is a well known company so I hope you understand that we are not scamming people but we keep getting bad reviews from a small subset of people.

Clarification on the title: we believe suggester.ticketnetwork.com is being flagged for fraud, which is a site that is used in the search bars in these retail sites, causing all of the sites to be flagged. We are not sure why it would be flagged as such

Malwarebytes Chrome Extension is blocking retail websites (for example www.ticketnetwork.com, www.ticketfaster.com). They were not blocked until today, and are not being marked as fraud (pic attached). If possible, please whitelist these, and provide an explanation for why they were blocked today so we can avoid the issue in the future. Thanks!
