Thanks guys but I got impatient and did a clean install. 🤦‍♂️ I'll post a new thread if it returns.

This is the fifth time I've found this guy on a users PC. I can't understand why Malwarebytes does not even pick this up by now. Not once has it detected been detected and I have even scanned the files mini thunder and all directly. Is there any way to remove this other than a clean install? I haven't had any success by manual removal before it always returns. Please tell me there is something I can do I may be missing.
