Update: Cant run superantispyware, it just sends "send error or dont send", you know that screen. Please I need help

Can i Please get help, I just installed SUPERantivirus and can't even run that

Ok, I need help I can't run/uninstall Malwarebytes. I don't know what I'm infected with. I run ad-aware full scans and I remove whatever it says and I'm still infected. I know I'm infected because internet.exe processes keep running by themselves, and its getting quite annoying. Also I downloaded the Avira anti-virus and I cannot run that either. Please help me out thanks (btw I have used malwarebytes in the past to remove viruses and it worked fine)
