Do I need internet connection? Like I inquired earlier. Internet is really poor where I am is why but I'll see what I can do.

I had my pc infected with trojans,etc.. I used alot of antivirus which didn't work on my part. I was running 2 virus removal tools at the same time wherein I mistakenly cancelled one which was the Malwarebytes(it had detected 19), the other being Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool only found 3. I got frustrated having done that and the laptop froze thereafter. I restarted and run a scan again using Malwarebytes only and now it's not picking them up. Could you please help me on how to get rid of those? Also I was connected to the internet when I had that result, the second time was without. Do I really need internet connectivity before I can get rid of viruses? Thanks, Issei.
