Thanks for the quick response. If I understand correctly since the concern is only files does that mean that I can safely access the website so I can contact the site admins and inform them of the files in question?

The website listed above is being blocked due to Riskware. The IP from the notification is also in the title. I am uncertain if it is a false positive but I have visited this website before several times without it being blocked. Here is the log from detection history possibleFP.txt
