I didn't state that last sentence correctly... my tech guy said the infection had done something to prevent a "reset"... something like that.

I have attached the scan done by Malwarebytes which shows no threats. But I did a scan with Windows Defender before that and it showed a high threat infection that had not been resolved. Since downloading Malwarebytes I can no longer access that report. Also, my tech guy said that the infection had done something to "reset" my computer.

I get a constant flow of popups telling me I have serious threats to my computer. Most are saying my browser is infected. It appears I am getting them from every where...Mcafee, Windows Defender, Norton, Google Chrome ... the list goes on. Everything else seems to work but I am concerned about protecting the information on my computer (I am a CPA).
