  1. Addition.txtScan.txtFRST.txtHere you go.
  2. I got the attached error log I think when I was browsing on chrome but initially didn't see or didn't notice the warning messages from Malwarebytes when it occurred. When I read the log, It didn't seem like there was anything malicious but then again, I don't exactly understand RTP (what MB labeled the issue). Could someone explain if the log could have been a potential threat and how so? Thank you in Advance. Issue.txt
  3. Then I'm okay with stopping here. I would prefer not to do a backup as I don't have an external USB drive for this size and since everything else seems to be working fine (mainly the system protections) then I'm honestly okay with closing this ticket now. I really appreciate the assistance on this.
  4. I didn't see a Result.txt file but I assume it's the file I attached.MTB.txt
  5. Addition.txtFRST.txt Attached are the files after turning off both the specified settings.
  6. Thank you @AdvancedSetup. Below is my current settings. I have the option enabled but Windows Defender is still enabled. I turned it off and on again to see if there was any changes but none. Again, it's not really an issue for me if both are enabled as I get double protection like what Porthos said. I was just worried if there was some underlying problem I needed to worry about or not, however, after the multiple scans that were done, it seems like it just may be a system issue on my computer and not malware or the sorts.
  7. I'm still having the original issue of Malwarebytes still doesn't show on my Windows Security however after all these checks, I think I should be fine and am good with closing this ticket. Thank you for the help!
  8. msert.log Attached is the log. It was weird as during the scan, it said there was one infected file but I guess not.
  9. Right. I'm just worried why the option to enable only MB doesn't work anymore (like if there's any other underlying issues). If there's none from my past logs, then I'm fine with closing this ticket.
  10. Right. I just wanted to use Malwarebytes only like I originally did. I think when my PC crashed on an update, the option to disable Windows Defender using the option in the Malwarebytes setting no longer works so both are enabled now.
  11. mbst-grab-results.zip If it's no issue putting it on the same ticket, I'm still having the original issue where Malwarebytes isn't showing on my Windows Security Window anymore. Attached is the extract from Malwarebytes Support Tool.
  12. Thank you both Porthos and AdvancedSetup for the assistance. The Malwarebytes Support Tools works now. Malwarebytes still doesn't show on my Windows Security but I guess that's fine since I see it running in the background so I'll have two security systems.
  13. Apologies, I'm not starting to get to the process you mentioned above. Do I need to disable both Windows Security and Malwarebytes before running FRST?
