Do you have a suggestion what could cause this networking problem all of a sudden? It stared happening just yesterday while I installed the antivirus software about a month ago.

After going to some website my antivirus notified me of a problem, specifically "malicious site malicious domain request 22" (I use norton antivirus). After that the internet started slowing down significantly, to a point of unusability at times. Everything works normally for a few minutes and then all of a sudden I'm not even able to search anything up. I immediately scanned my pc with antivarus with different setting but it found nothing. I have no idea what else to do, but I've got to find a way to fix it quick since i study at colledge and due to the covid pandemic all my classes are online.
