  1. I can sign in easily and I can see my account details. I just can't access my device list.
  2. I've done that 3 times now - there's only one email address.
  3. Why would it matter when and where I purchased a key, and yes - I bought a legitimate key. I've always used the same one. As I said, this has not happened before - and I've disabled devices several times in the past to remedy this situation easily. This time, when I enter my key (same key as always) and I'm over the device limit, I have no way to access the device list. That's what is different now. Thanks for replying.
  4. I've done this before with no problem. It happens when I backup my hard drive and the identical backups are counted as devices which puts me over the device limit. But this is the first time I'm having an issue.
  5. I'm trying to deactivate a device but I don't see a link for 'Manage Devices' anywhere. Which page is that on? Thanks
