A file inside a shader loader for the game Elite: Dangerous was accidentally picked up by MB. It has the potential to cause game crashes, but only to the game it's injected to, and it's likely more because of dodgy code rather than malicious intent.
The behavior of this file hasn't caused any serious issues, even across multiple computers. It's generated by EDFX, available at http://edcodex.info/?m=tools&entry=58. I'm not a developer of this application. It appears to just be a 7z packed version of ReShade 2.
