Hmm, ok. Just one ticket so far. I understand them wanted to weed out people that are abusing their product licenses however this seems a bit much for people like me that legitimately purchased them.

I purchased from malwarebytes directly / online a lifetime license back in 2013 and have original email, printed receipt and also created an account a while back to activate/deactivate product ID / Key which (also shows my orig. purchase and info there too). I just upgraded my home PC from Windows 8.1 to 10 and did not deactivate since it was the same machine however my ID and key are now gone and on trial (which I canceled). I opened a ticket earlier however have not heard back in regards to this issue. On my portal I hit the deactivate all however still get the blacklisted message when I try to activate. I'm the only user of this license and have never shared with anyone else.
