Update to my first. Online now shows 2 Active subscriptions and 2 Active devices. Also forgot to say both are running Windows 10

I have two laptops with Malwarebytes Premium installed. I will be retiring one laptop and adding another. I need to be able to find out which laptop has which subscription. Digging through Malwarebytes app on both machines and looking at my online account provides no clues. Online shows 2 Active Subscriptions. 1 Active device. Which makes no sense to me. And also leaves me with no hint how to delete the soon to be retired laptop and set up the new one. I have searched help topics and engaged in a truly useless and frustrating 'conversation' with the chatbot. Any help greatly appreciated. Laptop to be kept is running Malwarbytes Premium 4.5.19 Laptop to be retired is running Malwarebytes Premium 4.4.2

I'm having endless trouble getting the update from 4.4.0 to 4.4.2 installed. Help resolving this is greatly appreciated. On starting the PC I got the popup notice from Malwarebytes "Update Available". As with previous updates I clicked "Install now". But this time it has been nothing but trouble. 1 - Install hangs. I waited, killed the process, tried again, same result 2 - Restarted the PC. Same result 3 - Ensured Windows Security is off, same result 4 - Multiple attempts of above steps, same result until Malwayrebytes stopped giving the update available notice 5 - Downloaded "Malwarebytes for Windows version 4 offline installer" per instructions found at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039142934-Installation-troubleshooting-for-Malwarebytes-on-Windows-devices 6 - Running the installer takes me to a Windows settings cutsy little dialog (image below) that gives me no usable options. The options vary slightly depending upon windows security being on or off. None of the options take me to an installer for Malwarebytes 4.4.2 update. My hardware / software setup Dell XPS 12-9Q33 Windows 10 version 10.0.19042 Build 19042 currently up to date Malwarebytes 4.4.0 subscription is paid in full
