Thanks. The update took me by surprise so I wanted to check it was the actual update and needed the release version to do that. it took a while to put my hands on the actual release version. Perhaps a little text message at the bottom of the user screen showing the version installed and a different color if it doesn't match the latest release? Just a thought.

I'm wondering what the latest MALWARE BYTES release version is, tghis used ot be posted on teh malware bytes website. but its no longer there. I'm asking becasue I wanted to check the automatic update is not a bogus attempt to install a bogus rev onto a system. Simple enough

I purchased a two years subscription through the website and never keep my credit card details on any computer. Today I registered the purchase and find the website is keeping my credit card details on my computer! WHY? I tried to delete them from the machine butthey cannot be deleted because they are associated with the purchase of the package. This is not a great solution. I want the credit card details removed from the computer
