Hello, I was able to successfully reset my password, thank you. Is there something like 2 factor authentication that I can enable so this won't happen again?

Got an email that my password changed, tried to reset password but was told my email was not connected to any account. I already have submitted a support ticket, but I sent it on Sunday (3430991) and have yet to receive any reply. I want this issue resolved asap and not have to wait a week twiddling my thumbs being unable to do anything.
