  1. I just received an email to the account tied to my malwarebytes account saying that my password had changed. I did not make a change to my password. Upon opening my Malwarebytes app on my computer I click visit account and it showed an email address that does not belong to me. When I try to reset password it's saying the email I had originally used is not found. Someone has gained control of my account and changed the email address. I have submitted a ticket (3429603) for this but have not received any response on this yet. Can someone from the support team please assist me with getting this resolved asap. I have a premium license which I had paid for which I do not want to lose.
