So i tried deleting this folder but it will not let me. There is something called Trustedinstaller that wont give me permission.

Hello I Ran the full scan on Malwarebytes, on a brand new install of Windows 10. Malwarebytes flagged Expand.exe. It's in the following folder C:\WINDOWS.OLD\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\EXPAND.EXE. I tried but could not remove this folder. This computer was accidentally given accessed to via TeamViewer to some scammer. I reformatted the drive and installed windows from an image on a USB thumb drive. Should I be concerned? Thank you.
