I downloaded NVIDIA Inspector to use the multi-display power saver functionality (basically, running 3 monitors or 1 with a high refresh rate causes the GPU to never downclock when idle, this program fixes that). From what I can tell NVIDIA Inspector is a legitimate program and i cannot find anything in google searches to say otherwise. I downloaded from GURU3D (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html). So I'm just trying to find out whether I have an actual malware or if this is a false positive? Not sure how to attach the actual quarantined files but i attached the log. log1.txt
