  1. Hi Kevin, So far, so good. Everything works well. I dont know what this program was used for.... Thank you, Take care! SunnyDee
  2. Hi Kevin, I have found the traitor inside my computer. It appears it was a program running in background named InstallShield (R) Setup Engine (IKernel.exe). I found it by ending all background programs one by one and opening my Browser at every task I was ending. So I have search the file where that program was installed and there was no uninstall option, so I just deleted the file and emptied my recycle bin. After restarting my PC the problem was gone. I hope I did well and it will never comes back. See attached the picture of the program I am talking of. Thank you for your help and let me know if I should do something more than what I did. Thanks, SunnyDee
  3. Hi Kevin, The ads are still there. The weird thing is that they are there on all browser I'm using... So far there is only adwcleaner with the basic repair that has been able to shut them down, but only until I restart the pc... Thank you, SunnyDee
  4. Hi Keven, since I had made these steps multiple times, I think that the dangerous files are already all quarentine and therefor it doesn't show any virus now, but the problem is still there... Since Adwcleaner didn't found anything, it didn't propose me to redstart the computer, it just ask me to do a basic repair which I already know can fix my problem until I restart the computer and then it comes back. So I didn't do the repair for now. Also, the Malwarebytes didn't found anything too. Thank you for your help, the logs are all attached. 5. Hi, I have a malware that instore pop-up ads in my browsers research's. Anytime I do a research, there is at least 4 ads of sites that pop on top of my research. So far, after using several programs, they all show different virus but none of them is able to resolve my problem. There is only AdwCleaner that can stop these pop-up ads from happening with a basic repair. After scanning no virus, he propose me a basic Winstock repair that apparently works, but not after restarting my pc. The problem comes back. I'm at the point to reformat my pc and be done with it, but I would prefer not, so you guys are my last hope. Thanks.
