  1. Well, I have one basic question left. What AV to use along side MalwareBytes other than Windows Defender which I still don't think is very competitive even if improved. I see McAfee and Symantec Norton are not on the conflict list but I don't think either of them are relevant for personal use.
  2. Don't understand why this was so far behind when auto update is enabled but none the less it will take time to determine if this resolves anything. I don't suspect that it will if Win10 sees these programs as competing AV products as mentioned earlier. I am curious as to why Malwarebytes is considered an AV like AVG when it does not provide that functionality.
  3. What is preventing Malwarebytes from offering a more robust AV solution that will of course integrate with their product? Seems this has been lacking for years.
  4. Interesting. I have never had to much faith in Windows Defender even though it is running on my PC as well. I am not attached to AVG and have only used to free version. The constant popups and prodding for paid subscriptions would be easy to live without if Defender is as good as you say it is.
  5. I agree, I think I have seen this article before. I have tried disabling the Real-Time Protection feature and it does solve the BSOD issue but I am not comfortable with leaving it off. This is on of the main reasons I use Malwarebytes. I think my basic question was one of resolution. Has their been any progress on making Malwarebytes work with these other AV products? I have been using this software combination since Windows 7 but started having this issue within the last year. Curious as to what changed and how to go back to the working configuration.
  6. Thank you for the reply. Log file attached per your request. mbst-grab-results.zip
  7. I am on the most current version 4.3.0.98 and still experiencing random ndu.sys BSODs unless I disable real time protection. Any recommendations on how to proceed? Thanks.
