Hi again, I had downloaded Windows 10 from Microsoft and prepared an install USB. I used the link for Turkish lang: https://www.microsoft.com/tr-tr/software-download/windows10 Then I run setup.exe from USB and choosed "Keep my docs and applications" option while install (Mine is Turkish version so I don't know what is the option name exactly in English ). After install&update the problem solved and no missing files or applications. Have a nice day.
