still nothing, it'll open for a few seconds and immediately closes again after a second or two.

Sorry for the late response I was away from my computer for awhile. With the last fix I still have task manager closing on me and some apps such as creative cloud that cannot be opened at all. Task manager does open for a bit longer than before though so that is progress. I have attached the last fix log below. Thank you for all of the assistance. Fixlog.txt

Hi there, Thanks so much for responding. I tried to turn on the Firewall Service and initially it did not work, but after running the Fixlist file I was able to turn it back on. Hi there, Whenever I open task manager it opens for around half a second (completely blank) and then closes immediately). I have no way to confirm it, but it seems that the CPU usage is really high just based off of the performance of the PC. I have tried factory resetting multiple times but the issue persists.
