A family member contacted me because they got the attached "Your Windows PC has been locked" message that is highly suspicious. Additionally, her Android phone shows 2 odd "apps" (screenshot attached). Logs from malwarebytes and FRST attached as well. Addition.txt FRST.txt malwarebytes.txt

Kaspersky didn't find any threats. I'll have her get changing her passwords. Thank you so much for all your help!

Seems good but we haven't really used it, only the steps you recommended. Do you think we're clean?

Well, I actually rebooted and ran the scan before you asked me to so I cheated. It took close to 7 minutes I believe. Patch My PC found and updated 3 things (Amazon Music, Logitech SetPoint and Nvidia PhysX)

Rebooted, ran another scan and it showed 0 found

Updated or uninstalled the list with one exception. I haven't figured out what "swMSM" is. It seems related to Shockwave which I uninstalled.
