Hello, i am very grateful that you responded so fast. I cleared my steam cache and the warning went away. I think that the issue was when i used to roam random garrys mod servers trying to find a good one, I stumbled across some very shady ones and i think they tired doing stuff with their servers that involved malware once again thank you for responding very quickly.

Hey i have an issue. when i launch gmod i keep hitting these blocked outbound connection notifications and it says GMOD.EXE is a trojan. Someone please help, the details are below. Im not sure if it is a server i play on loading in my gmod history or what.
