  1. How do I communicate with support? I'm getting emails from support threatening to close the ticket if support does not hear back from me. I'm replying via email, but I'm sensing nobody in support receives my email replies!!! Uhhh! I'm posting here hoping that support will see this message. Here goes... I'm running Windows 10 Malwarebytes Premium 4.2.0 and I used to have 2 licenses, but I think the 2nd license was not necessary. The 2nd license of Malwarebytes was costing me money I did not need to spend. I posted the Ticket asking for help, and I believe Support has followed through. I believe you can close the ticket now because I see only 1 license, and I think I'm allowed to have my desktop PC and my wife's Lap Top PC share the 1 license we have purchased, thus reducing our costs of having two separate licenses. If I'm correct (or if I'm wrong), could you please email me and let me know. Then I think we can just close this ticket. Thank you for your help! (I think you have my email in the ticket - thanks again!)
