  1. How do I communicate with support? I'm getting emails from support threatening to close the ticket if support does not hear back from me. I'm replying via email, but I'm sensing nobody in support receives my email replies!!! Uhhh! I'm posting here hoping that support will see this message. Here goes... I'm running Windows 10 Malwarebytes Premium 4.2.0 and I used to have 2 licenses, but I think the 2nd license was not necessary. The 2nd license of Malwarebytes was costing me money I did not need to spend. I posted the Ticket asking for help, and I believe Support
