Seems fine now, It still has some hiccups, like some progams feel like the load not as fast as they used to but maybe i'm just paranoid. -

Hi, I've been having a weird problem, everytime i open the task manager the cpu usage goes down, and the computer feels extremely slow Lately, I've formatted the ssd and installed windows again but the problem persists, thanks in advance for the help!
