I'm the author of the SkySonde software from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It is used to receive, display, and save weather balloon telemetry during a flight, and has been around for about 10 years. We have an official website for it here:

Currently, SkySonde Client is being falsely detected by MBAM. I've attached the report and files it references. Oddly the other part of this program, SkySonde Server, is not detected.
