  1. It's almost two hours of the computer being turned on without any errors showing up and no freezes whatsoever. Looks like we finally got it! I thank you very, very much for your patience and support. I really appreciate it and I can finally get to work properly. I will keep testing for the rest of the day and let you know if I encounter any problems. Thank you for helping us who don't know where do look when this sort of things happen, it definitely must take a lot of work to know all you do and I'm more than grateful for people like you. Have a great day/night!
  2. Reporting back during testing. Avast got stuck at the 3rd try so I decided to uninstall it after the PC had rebooted. It prompted to restart which I did after it had successfully been uninstalled and as soon as it turned the error shows up again, but AVG was never correctly uninstalled because this problem prevented it. I repair it and after another restart I can now run it normally. I'm currently testing if the computer is going to freeze again or not. I will definitely let you know and I decided to run Farbar program again anyways so it should be available below. FRST.txt
  3. Starting to believe I found my problem. While running Avast's repair, computer froze twice specifically here (picture below). Imma gonna run it once more and try uninstalling if it fails. I'll post back again when I'm finished with it.
  4. Sorry for the late reply. I see no "Result.txt", but I did get "MTB.txt" so I'll post that instead (if I find "Result.txt" I'll post it too). About installed updates I can't locate specifically KB4535996. The only time I've seen it is in the screenshot I sent earlier. MTB.txt
  5. It doesn't happen only when I play/stream. It happens randomly at any time. Checked Windows updates and I'm not sure if this means I have it or that it's available.
  6. So I added it to Allow List, the instructions you sent tell me to add Malwarebytes to each antivirus' list, but I still have no access to any of both antivirus software. I also realized some info that might be useful. I realized that (sometimes) if I have a video or a game it keeps on playing while the rest of the computer is frozen. It also seems like Wifi functions disable when this happens (since I stream, it usually ends the stream automatically). Also, last time I was playing with a timer, everything froze except for the game on Emulator and the timer (they were both responding to their hotkeys). I don't know if this is helpful, but I thought it was worth a shot.
  7. sfcdetails.txt Here it is. It said no problems were found. I did all the steps here and I still get the error at startup (that doesn't allow antivirus to open) computer still froze once.
  8. Do you mean restarts from a software? If not so my computer has restarted plenty of times during the week due to this issue. I really don't think restarts are the answer :/
  9. Hello, and thank you very much for your assistance. Here's the fixlog you asked for. My laptop just restarted and as usual the antivirus error showed upon log in. The freeze happens randomly so I'll let you know as soon as it happens. Thanks again! Fixlog.txt
  10. Exile, thank you very much. I just didn't look well enough to realize the replies were shut down so I should've noticed lol. Thanks a lot anyways!

  12. It's been a week or so since I've had this issue. Tried tons of methods with 0 success. I use this for work as well as gaming and streaming and this unfortunately prevents me from that since the freeze is essentially random. At the same time my antivirus programs stopped starting up. Message says "The application was unable to start correctly (0x0150002)." Just for information I've tried some malware scans, disk scans (also some other stuff since it said the problem could be traced to my SSD) and I don't know if I could've missed something while testing the Visual C ++. Help is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I have to post any specs since I'm not sure what is required. Thanks you!
  13. Thank you! I will do that. Should I post the logs in my own thread or reply to the thread you just sent me?
