Hi Djordje, When will the next database update be? The clients are receiving a message from Cisco Umbrella saying that they are blocked from the site and I have reached out to Cisco but thye say that they were relying on Virustotals info. I reached out to Virustotals and they said that I have to contact each contributor individually and so I am not able to get my clients to do anything from this end. Thank you for your quick response. Good Morning, Your service has indicated an issue with a file that a vendor maintains on their site. This is causing a blockage of service to some of my clients and according to my vendor this is a false positive. I would appreciate you revisiting the file or providing me with my detail about why you consider this an issue.
