  1. So the solution for MB customers is to pursue an IP address instead of providing the website name? Doesnt seem user friendly. You are welcome to call me to further discuss or I can call you if you provide contact info.
  2. MB does scans of the system and website blocks during use. Outputs from these scans provide findings...recently I was notified of attempted trojan attack. However there is insufficient info provided by MB about which website attempted trojan placement so I can avoid returning to that website.
  3. Thx. But I dont expect you to go back to past events. What I am suggesting is that when MB finds and addresses an issue, such as this case of scan reported blocks of trojans, to include in that scan report what site was blocked...when the trojan is stopped should be able to report what site or IP address. Thank you and I am enjoying the product.

  5. 1. Provide website name visited that resulted in MB trojan block so no longer go there.
