  1. Hi, I have a Malwarebytes Premium paid subscription. It is set with auto-renew ON. I've also decided after, to install Malwarebytes privacy.... Obviously, It was activated with the same Malwarebytes Premium License key. IF they are using same key, how do I prevent auto-renewal of Malwarebytes Privacy, while keeping the auto-renewal of Malwarebytes Premium intact and ON. I DID NOT get different licenses for each one of them per activations. Each subscription is billed/costs differently (I think), So if Malwarebytes Privacy renewal wouldn't be cancelled, logic suggests that I will be billed every time, twice (every time renewal comes on). One time for each product. Enclosed the auto-renewal dates for each one. Thank you in advance.
  2. Thank you kindly for your rapid support and response. Deleted credit card details and re-added it. Refreshed orders history page. Checked the card holder name from last purchase (again). Correct name (and details) are displayed now. Problem solved. Thank you.
  3. My apologies. Seems that the auto connect Is set to ON. (although on the main screen, it still says OFF and "your connection is public". I'll set it to not auto connect and check after next reboot.. Thank you.
  4. After turning MalwareBytes Privacy ok, it works fine. When I turn it off, it seems to go back to the original IP. HOWEVER, if I'm forced to reboot for whatever reason, even if MalwareBytes Privacy itself is OFF, my IP remains changed and active from the last session it was on before the reboot. I'm forced to start the MalwareBytes Privacy again and than turn it off, for the IP to refresh and return to my native country address and settings. I don't mind clicking it off and off every time, but after awhile it gets annoying and old. (default network connection shows as not connected while it seems to provide connection via the vpn driver even if the vpn settings are off). Any workarounds? Thank you in advance.
  5. Hi, I wanted to change to automatic renewal of my subscription. I also checked the subscription order history. The credit card holder name shown, is NOT the name of the actual credit card owner. I deleted the payment and added it again, than I've set it to autorenew. estore link connected to my account/license shows "a different card holder name"added a new Visa card, with the last digits "4 correct CC digits for that card". That current (and every time it was associated and used here) is mine and was supposed to indicate my name (not my dad's). Does it matter as long as the card is fine? Law wise it is okay? (considering a different person from the one in the records actually gets the service/subscription). And if not, how do I change the name. I will not know if the name changed until it renewed in 2 months though. But it did not ask me to enter a new holder's name after I deleted and re-entered the card again. Thank you in advance for any help, Regards.
  6. Thank you for your rapid response. Problem was solved as soon as I disabled Windows defender firewall rather then any 3rd party one. Windows defender also showed outbound block on MalwareBytes, I changed it to allow connections just in case. Thank you again for your awesome work.
  7. Instructions provided by you - followed. Enclosed are the Zip file from the support tool and 2 pics. I'd hate to think I actually paid for a service which does not work. With Utmost Respect, Kind Regards, me. mbst-grab-results.zip
  8. Hi, Latest MalwareBytes installed. Product Premium key purchased and entered. Now it continues to say it cannot contact the activation server. Keystone shows "OK" in browser. Run the support tool, Still not activated, after it was the first time I've put the key in. Lost activation altogether. It refuses to connect to the activation servers. I've tried many times, none of which were in safe mode with networking though. Please help.
