  1. Have you attempted performing this on any other machines to see if they are able to reach the site? The cloud console does only support itself via Google Chrome currently so any other browsers would not be advisable to use. I would also ensure you meet all the network access requirements on here again for your machines in case anything may have been changed. Greetings, if we can I would double check you are meeting these requirements on your machine you are attempting to install Malwarebytes with to make sure you are running on the necessary components for installing the product. Minimum Requirements Windows: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-3533 Minimum Requirements Mac: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-3546 If you are meeting all of these requirements then I would try to perform a clean install after using our support tool to clear off any Malwarebytes files on the machine.
