The above link is to a pdf file that can be loaded in html format on it's parent page in a window here https://academy.ehacking.net/courses/1089067/lectures/23246330
Malwarebytes blocked the first link listed here as "Due to Trojan". Is there way to get an elaboration on this particular file that I'm attempting to download from this link? I scanned the file and no threats were detected. What trojan exactly on the website is being blocked or is it a false positive?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Notifications scroll bar scrolls down with mouse wheel just fine, but will not scroll back up using mouse wheel.
This is on a Windows 10 machine. Including a screen shot of screen.

This showed up in my scan results, but nothing was detected after running fp_tracker (no file generated), so I'm assuming this is an FP.
