Is there way to get an elaboration on this particular file that I'm attempting to download from this link? I scanned the file and no threats were detected. What trojan exactly on the website is being blocked or is it a false positive? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Todd Lemire

Notifications scroll bar scrolls down with mouse wheel just fine, but will not scroll back up using mouse wheel. This is on a Windows 10 machine. Including a screen shot of screen.
