With regard to the screenshot you sent, that is a classic tech support scam.  No ad provider would supply that.  If you search for "tech support scam" on the forums, you will find several examples of this that are often word-for-word what you posted in the screenshot.  There could be nooks and crannies on that server that are infected that have nothing to do with you, and sometimes fine tuning the blocks can be a challenge.  Hopefully it will be better from this point forward.

Ok, please help I am a noob.
Maybe it was shown once is that reason to be so harsh and for an immediate block?
I did not see that even with unprotected browser. And I would appreciate some help what can I do. 
Contact my ad provider and tell them what?
How to resolve this?

That is probably some ad from ad company. I tried just now same in edge with default settings and without protection and I do not get that.

My website is in development and when I try to visit Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocks my website. Can you see and tell me why?
