I appreciate the responses It is a life time subscription. Only one the effected machine. I already opened a ticket. I think the site will not let me open a a My Account because it thinks I have no subscription.

Melwarebytes updated. At the end, it said there was an issue with my Premium Licence. The program is now in a trail offer mode. I tried to log onto "My Account" It says that I already have an account, but it is not setup. Will not go farther, no tips as to what it wants. The site says I have to have an invite?? If I try to login, but all I get is the account is not set up. Any help getting my Key would be appreciated. Thanks Rob
