i tried to fulfill prt.1 but when i got to *scan registry* the complete malwarebytes disappeared, then came back after a minute or two. 66 threats were identified. then when i got to *scan file system, everything froze, even my mouse, so i could go no further.
my newly downloaded *adwcleaner * worked but when i got to *restart now* the computer froze again. after a restart i saw that the 8 threats found were deletable now. i will include the adwcleaner report. the malwarebytes report is unobtainable because of the forced startups.
