  1. Had Malwarebytes Premium installed on 2 devices for 10 months and recently both devices showed as only having the FREE version installed. Went into my account and deactivated 1 license and then re-applied the license code on that device and that worked. Tried doing the same thing to the second device when it happened weeks later to that device and it reported that no more licenses were available. Under “My Account” it shows only the one device as having a license installed yet the available devices shows "0 of 2". I have submitted a ticket to Malwarebytes Support but they are very slow in getting back to subscription users. Is there a way get this resolved sooner or do I have to wait for Malwarebytes Support? Thanks in advance for responses.
