  1. thought my payment wasnt going through, called support and this very rude guy answered and after explaining ive paid and hit the payment button that i "shouldve known that it sends a license key to my email" i told the gentlemen that i wouldnt of known that and it would help to add a pop up window after purchase explaining that you now have to go to your email and get the key. he said everyone knows this and thats not part of his field. well that may be true. as a business that i trust to protect my info and to think that i should know that i have to take extra steps instead of thinking that the program that i pay on wouldnt automatically update itself to the full version was too hard for them to figure out. i will not be purchasing this program again.
