My sister who has MWB recently installed on her computer got a balloon message asking her if she wanted to quarantine the IP address 174.36.96.28 which is associated with mixpod.com, some kind of music sharing site. She said yes and it asked her again and she clicked yes for a second time and then she was able to access the site. Is this site safe for her to use now? and what does quarantine mean in this context? thanks...

I just today downloaded the licensed version of MLB and I discovered that my home page , MyWay.com would not load and the message balloon came up that the IP address had been blocked. I have been using myway as my home page for many years now with no apparent problems.
