Here are the logs, I have to mention that the Sophos Virus Removal Tool detected one threat and took care of it. My computer seems to be working just fine, if there are any additional steps I should take please let me know. Fixlog.txt SophosVirusRemovalTool.log

Hi, Whenever I turn my PC on, a random website full of ads opens up immediately. I had this issue for quite a while but I can't seem to get rid of it. I tried using AdwCleaner, Task manager startup configuration but nothing seems to work. However, I did find it in windows registry, but I am unsure if I am risking messing up my computer if I delete it from there. Any suggestion would be helpful
