It's responding fine, no issues of any adware or anything that reacts like a virus showing up in windows defender or in task manager

I have been unable to install Malwarebytes due to that error

When I try to open any malwarebytes or mcafee program the "requested resource in use" error appear continuously it also keeps me from accessing many different admin controls even though I'm on an admin account. The logs are attached below. FRST.txt Addition.txt
