I downloaded a file from a site I previously found to be reliable. Apparently that's not the case anymore. Within minutes, my computer is running extremely slowly. When I open Chrome, a pop up notification in the lower right soon appears telling me my computer is infected with 3 viruses. The pop up says it's from pushokey.com McAfee freezes when trying to open. Malware Bytes found nothing. What other steps can I take?
