I decided to take a look at grandpa's PC. I first ran ADWCleaner.. nothing was found. Than MBAM, and it founded a Malware/Generic and a RiskWare/HeuristicsReservedWordExploit.. Nothing strange at all.. I ran HitmanPro and, it find a Malware, winsppt.exe, running process, but when I clicked remove it told me: "Warning. Can't create Restore Points. It is most likely that restore points are disabled." It is also weird that MBAM didn't request a restart at all. Right now I really don't know what to do. So if you can please help us.
