    Yes. It has been not responding. I ran Process Explorer. Don't understand it very well, but it just did show a.virus in bottom section). Said 1/65.That line was for: Microsoft Windows Socket 205. I have Malwarebytes and Avast on my Windows 10 laptop.. Been trying to install updated Intel Cetrino update from Dell.com. HM77. thought it was installed, but still lists old one in Device Manager. Been working on this problem for a week already. Trouble with Firefox also. Cannot sign in. Google doesn't work well either. any advice appreciated. louandtom13@gmail.com Louise Tyvol
