  1. Thanks for the help. After doing the clean with the Malwarebytes Support Tool, I was able to launch Malwarebytes in safemode. All is well now. Thanks again for the help.
  2. When I try to run a threat scan in safemode in Windows 10, I get the message that the service can't start. Attached are the log files that I have seen requested for help with the issue. log.txt mb-check-results.zip Addition.txt FRST.txt
