    Thomas, Thank you for the reply, I am very new to this and see that you are correct, I am on 10.9.5 but when I click on the software update it takes me to the App Store and there it has the header of macOS High Sierra but the button says that it is installed?

    I am trying to install Malwarebytes on my iMac and keep getting this message my os is at High Sierra 10.13 What am I missing?
